Shadowy Dreams
By Alexandra Quinones
The written thought creates a new memory and our chances fade through the mysterious history. The journal we use, that consumes our dreams, is just a wondrous taste of our encrypted wits. Strange events within time are chased, as the moments of control become the furious longing for truth and purpose. Dark brown eyes piercing her, making her wonder with mysterious thoughts. She watching the confused girl staring at her blank reflection, she sees someone that she cannot recognize, someone that she once knew. Each moment she watches, and waits for her own progression. Still remembering how she was the moment that he walked into her lonely life. For he had made her happy and pleased with the way that she was back then, when she was young, so innocent and weak. Every night she would wake, feeling shaken and tired, all those moments of bliss were nothing, but the splendor within her empty and lifeless dreams.

Missed Midnight
The night is just
The time is quick
On the days that we live
Life seems like a miss........

Plain Imagination
August 31, 2010
By Alexandra Quinones
Sometimes you can feel like an outsider, as if certain things begin to seem strange and abnormal. Every moment you have to try to blend in but you are just the blackness in the night sky, which shades the moon, and surrounds the stars. But you soon fade as the brightness pierces through your soul and allows you to see the truth within the light and darkness.
(Both of these short paragraphs are just things that just came to mind, and so I just decided to type it out, and make sure that these thoughts were written)

Swift Affection
By Alexandra Quinones
You see him for the first time he looks amazing with his blue eyes, jet black shoulder length hair, perfect nose, soft lips, tan perfect skin and gorgeous smile. His eyes pierce your soul, and his smile makes you feel desired. He begins walking toward you wearing blue jeans, along sleeved black shirt with black sneakers. For the first time you don't try to hide, you find yourself desiring his aura. He grabs a red rose from a black vase, which was on the table beside him. Him bringing the rose close to his face to take in the scent, he hands it to you and begins to speak to you in a soft calm tone, "Are you alright? I mean sitting here alone?” your speechless you take the rose in hand and rise from your seat. He caresses your cheek; you begin to place your hand in his opposite hand. Looking into his eyes the wanting of him closer.......

My Thoughts of False Truth
August 13, 2010
By Alexandra Quinones
Just only one though enters my mind, one that makes me curious and forces me to be dishonest. I have just been thinking about how lies can really be wrong, but aren’t they just used to keep others under control. Honestly most of the time people will give false information to seem better than they are. While other times they might just say things to make someone else feel better. Technically you are not telling a lie, you’re just mentioning some parts of the truth. We have all done it at least once, lie I mean, but that might have been for a good cause, I mean sometimes you have to lie in order to get the truth. Truthfully I do not lie much and if I do it might be to protect myself from some kind of threat, but all in all I don’t like liars, they sort of ruin things for everyone else with one simple lie.

One Joyful Summer
By Alexandra Quinones
The swift gentle breeze grazed the thin blades of grass below the shaded earth that remained under the tall tree. Flowers began blooming and brought beauty to this lush grassy field in this month of August. The children run and play beneath the golden sunlight, racing each other to the tall tree, passed the flowers, and back to their parents. Watching from a distance their parents sit holding each other close on a picnic blanket, with a woven picnic basket next to them. The basket beside them holds sandwiches, plates, fruit, cups, and water. They all get together and begin to consume the fruit, sandwiches and water, now having an amazing time together by, talking, joking, and laughing this summer.
(This was just a random thought that popped into my mind and so I just decided to post it because, well I made it up and it seemed kind of nice and happy) (^_^)

The Outsiders Friends
By Alexandra Quinones
Forever judged by all and never allowed to be herself, she facing the world with very few friends. At times she would stay by herself, alone, because she thought that she would never be accepted, because she was the shy weird girl that was until she went to high school, where everything changed, others approached her and she made friends. They treated her like a normal person, and they never judged her because she was different, they loved that about her. They admired her strong and open mind. Anytime she was sad, angry, or not in a very good mood, they would comfort her and make sure that she was alright. Though she has other great friends she treasures these friends at this school, because they understand all that she is, as do her other closest best friends.

Desire of Love
By Alexandra Quinones
Every night she dreamt of him, since the time that he had disappeared. Each moment better than the last, they always come together, and into each others arms just holding each other, as if they would never meet again. The end of her dreams would always the same; he leaves her arms, fades away, and disappears into the darkness. Each morning she wakes with only desire in her thoughts and tears in her eyes. Thinking of the words he whispered to her before he departed lingered on her mind, binding her to him forever, their minds eternally linked. Never allowed to tell anyone of his dark secret or she might be the one person that suffers. Although she is tempted she promised to remain trustworthy and keep his secret so that she might perhaps someday see him once more.
